Project Overview Following our work on the Family Health Study Report, we were asked to develop this Toolkit. This Toolkit provided healthcare professionals with a practical resource to help them talk to children aged four to 11 and their families about the importance of healthy eating, active living and

behaviour change required to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. The success of this toolkit resulted in the production of additional consumer health materials, including the Four Seasons Guide to a Healthy Heart and the Taking Control of Cholesterol booklets.
